The Air Force Academy offers up a one-of-a-kind Division 1 college baseball experience. Founded in the 1957, the Air Force baseball program is currently a member of the Mountain West Conference. While the program hasn’t taken home any conference titles or tournament championships in the Mountain West, they have produced a few MLB draft picks. Griffin Jax was their highest round draft pick, who was selected in the third round of the 2016 MLB draft. If you’re a high school baseball player looking for a great college baseball program to attend, Air Force Academy should be at the top of your list.
