About

The Notre Dame baseball program competes at the Division 1 level, joining the Atlantic Coast Conference in their 2014 season. Prior to the ACC, the Fighting Irish baseball team spent a little over 15 years within the Big East Conference where they tallied five Conference Championships. In their 2021 season, the program secured its first Conference Championship within the ACC, and advanced to the Super Regional, where they fell to the future National Champion in the Mississippi State Bulldogs. The University of Notre Dame is a private institution with high academic standards. The SAT requirements are in the mid to high 700's for both the verbal and math sections of the SAT. The total enrollment sits at 13,000 students and only 16% of applicants are accepted.
